   Hi,I'm a girl from Beijing China. I wanna make a reservation on line. I have the HI membership card. The card number is 082-01-0033471.I have tried to enter the No. but the space is not enough.It can only contain ten numbers.Plsase tell me how to enter my card number. Thanks

   Please make the cancellation policy easier to find. I cannot find it, and want to know if my credit card will be charged if I cancel my reservation.

   I was searching the HI New York for the reservation and cancellation policy and I could not find it. Even when I was trying to book a bed, there was a box to check if agree with reservation and cancellation policy, but a link to actually read this policy was not provided. Since I am entering the information from my credit card, I want to look through this policy, especially at the fees for the late cancellation. It seems that web site coordinators totally ignore the previous comment about the same issue.

   hi, i'm travelling with another person and am interested in booking a 4 bedded co-ed room. how do we go about booking together? because i understand the online booking is for one person per bed. thanks.

   Hi. I have booked beds for 5 people. However, we would to cancel 2 of them. Is that possible? If yes, how do I go about doing it? Another thing, I am from Singapore, and I can't seem to call the number provided. Are there any codes we need to call this number or something?

   Just reached someone regarding reservations. Your credit card will be charged a 10% deposit. You can cancel your reservation up until 10 p.m. the night of your stay, BUT you will not get the deposit back. In fact, the staffer told me that you NEVER get the deposit back no matter when you cancel the reservation.
