HI NYC is the perfect base for your next group stay. We bring together travelers from across the country and around the world. Our shared kitchens, dining rooms and lounges ensure plenty of opportunities to connect with other travelers and we encourage groups to participate in HI NYC hostel events and programs ranging from casual outings to rich cultural activities where we help your group get to know the New York we know, beyond what you’ll find in guidebooks.
HI NYC can also host your next event or community function.
Groups must be booked and paid in full, including all meals and services, 30 days prior to arrival with a signed contract. To hold a reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total balance. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Diner’s Club) or with an organizational or bank check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.

HI NYC offers a range of accommodation from 4-12 bedded rooms, all with shared bathrooms, to suit any size of group. Private rooms (with and without bath) are available for group leaders. All linens and towels are provided
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared especially for your group. Please see attached menus for further information. Other menus are available, and we will cater to special dietary requests. A separate room may be arranged for your meals, depending on availability. A new, ultra modern, self-service kitchen is available for storage and preparation of meals.
Transportation to and from local airports can be provided with advance notice. Rates are available upon request.
Exciting sightseeing tours and daily programs are available through the hostel. The Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Chinatown, Museum Mile, and other authentic New York attractions await your group.
